  • Rosehip fruit dry extract (50% vitamin C): 20 mg (10 – 20 mg)
  • Acerola fruit dry extract (50% vitamin C): 20 mg (10 – 20 mg)
  • Bamboo shoot dry extract (70% sulfur): 15 – 30 mg (10,5 mg of sulfur per capsule)
  • Equisetum shoot dry extract (7% sulfur): 15 – 30 mg (1,1 mg of sulfur per capsule)
  • Boswellia dry extract (65% boswellic acids): 50 – 100 mg
  • MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane): 50 – 100 mg
  • Manganese (manganese citrate): 1 – 2 mg (3,57 mg)
