When completing your purchases in our online store, you can choose how you will receive the products you have ordered. The delivery methods are as follows:

Shipping Methods
The shipping method depends on the total weight of your order:
Orders up to 3 kg: Shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA Courier, or BOX NOW.
Orders over 3 kg: Shipped via Intralink freight company.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched on the same day.
Estimated delivery times are:
1 to 3 business days for mainland destinations.
3 to 10 business days for island or remote areas.
Shipping Costs
For orders with a net value over €200.00: Free shipping.
For orders with a net value below €200.00: Shipping fee of €5.00.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are processed upon prior arrangement with Physis Laboratory. Shipping is carried out within 3–10 business days, and shipping costs are covered by the customer.
