Fir essential oil is produced from the Abies alba plant, an evergreen coniferous tree, and has antioxidant and antiseptic properties. Some of its benefits: -It is known for the effective treatment of colds, abdominal pain, indigestion and rheumatic diseases. -According to research, it positively contributes to reducing anxiety and improving sleep quality, as it reduces the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, the heart and blood pressure. -It is also indicated for respiratory problems, such as asthma and bronchitis. -It is also widely used in the perfumery, thanks to its woody aroma.

For a sense of freshness in your space, add 5 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. For relaxation, add 2 drops of essential oil to your bath and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. For muscle pain relief, mix 10 drops of essential oil with 100ml of cream. For better breathing, soak a cloth with 6-10 drops of essential oil and take deep breaths.
  • Always use the lowest estimated dose of essential oil.
  • Do not use undiluted.
