Rosemary essential oil is extracted from the leaves and stems of the Rosmarinus officinalis plant via steam distillation.

To fight dandruff, add 30 drops of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil of your choice and massage the scalp. To relieve pain or arthritis symptoms and boost the immune system, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to the 50ml carrier oil of your choice and apply topically. To fight constipation and flatulence, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. To improve the appearance of cellulite and relieve fluid retention, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice and massage the problematic area. To relieve the cold and headaches and promote mental clarity, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. Alternatively, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes.
