Eucalyptus essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the Eucalyptus globulus plant via steam distillation.

To ease respiration, put 6-8 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths. To tone and treat the body in case of cold and to relieve muscle aches, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of the carrier oil of your choice and gently massage your entire body, paying attention to the chest area. To cleanse and purify the air in the room and repel insects, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. To make an even more effective insect repellent, pair it with citronella essential oil. To treat acne, dilute 15 drops of essential oil in 50 ml of the carrier oil of your choice and apply gently on the affected area.
  • Always use the lowest estimated dose of essential oil.
  • Do not use undiluted.
  • Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with the eyes rinse with plenty of water.
  • In case of pregnancy or contraception, consult your doctor.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Tighten well the vial’s cup before storing it.
  • Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
