Lemon balm essential oil is ideal for oily and acneic complexions as it has antiseptic and antibacterial action. Some of its benefits: -It helps reduce epidermal edema, especially morning puffiness and skin irritation. -It is ideal to treat headaches or the cold that is accompanied by headaches. -It helps reduce blood pressure, it is an emmenagogue and helps treat dysmenorrhea and menstrual cramps as well. -It promotes mental clarity and is ideal to reduce stress, anger and nervous tension. -It treats migraines, insomnia and mild depression. -It helps regulate digestion, reduce colic and nausea.

Lemon balm essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the Melissa officinalis plant via steam distillation.
Formulated with: 100% lemon balm essential oil, citral, geraniol, citronellol, limonene, linalool
Formulated WITHOUT: preservatives, chemical additives, artificial pigments, fragrance, genetically modified organisms (GMO), mineral oil
To fight the cold, treat headaches, reduce stress and promote mental clarity, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. Alternatively, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. To relieve dysmenorrhea and menstrual cramps, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice and massage it onto the abdomen.
  • Always use the lowest recommended dosage of essential oil.
  • Do not use undiluted.
  • Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact rinse with plenty of water.
  • In case of pregnancy or contraception, consult your doctor.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Tighten well the vial’s cup before storing it.
  • Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
