Pumpkin oil is edible, has a strong nutty flavour and accompanies very well salads and soups, but is not recommended to be used for cooking purposes. Consume it raw in salads or soups. After cleansing, massage it onto the face and body to fight acne and moisturize the skin. To treat hair loss massage it into the scalp, let it be absorbed and then wash your hair.
