What payment methods are available?
- Payments are made in advance via debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Bank charges are borne by the customer.
- For orders of up to 6 items, cash on delivery is available with an additional charge of €3.50.
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders completed by 12:00 are shipped on the same day.
- Delivery time is 1–3 business days for mainland Greece and 3–10 business days for islands and remote areas.
Are there any shipping costs?
- For orders over €200 (excluding VAT): Free shipping.
- For orders under €200: Shipping cost is €5.
- For deliveries to hotels or abroad, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
How are orders shipped?
- Up to 3kg: Shipped via ELTA Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki, or Box Now
- Over 3kg: Shipped via Intralink freight service
Are there discounts based on order amount?
Yes, the following volume discounts apply (on the net order value):
- €200: –3%
- €400: –5%
- €800: –7%
- €1,000: –10%
How is the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) defined?
The minimum advertised price corresponds to the suggested retail price, as stated in the official price list.
The company reserves the right to adjust prices, provided that its partners are informed in advance.
When is my order processed?
- If payment is made by bank transfer, the order is processed after the payment has been confirmed.
- If cash on delivery is selected, the order is processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Is it possible that prices may change in the future?
In the event of an increase in raw material costs, a 30-day notice will be given before new prices are applied.
In what currency are transactions made?
All prices and transactions are conducted in euros (€).
