Lavender essential oil is extracted from the flowers of the Lavandula angustifolia plant via steam distillation.

To cleanse and purify the air in the room and eliminate oxidative stress, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. To relieve intense nervous and psychic states, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. To treat skin diseases, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of the carrier oil of your choice and gently massage your entire body. For states of anger and panic, put 6-10 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths.
