Milk thistle oil is organic and can be consumed raw in salads, soups and sauce preparations. Milk thistle oil is extracted from the seeds of the Silybum marianum plant via cold pressing.
Formulated with: 100% milk thistle oil
Formulated WITHOUT: preservatives, chemical additives, artificial pigments, fragrance, genetically modified organisms (GMO), mineral oil
After cleansing, massage it onto the skin for nourishment and protection. You can mix it with other oils such as almond oil. You can use it to prepare sauces, in salads and other dishes. You can consume 1 tablespoon daily before your meal, preferably half an hour before lunch.
